Shipping Policy.  Currently Real Botanical can only ship within the United States.  We will ship your product 1 to 3 days after order so that your order.  We use the USPS for orders and you will receive an email with a tracking order when it is shipped and another email once it is delivered.

 

Return Policy.  If your product arrives damaged or if you have an epic product fail while making your Shampoo Brew, please email us with a photo at customercare@realbotanical.com and we will send you a replacement immediately.  Real Botanical has a money back guarantee on verified purchases.  With a refund, we request you complete a 2 minute survey to help us better develop our products.
